Suppose someone posts a neat chart in a TEST E300 discussion, but the image has no study title, date or link. The graph looks convincing. There just isn't a way to check where it came from.

Would you ask for the original reference, or move on until somebody adds it?
The awkward part is when the same image turns up in several threads and repetition starts to look like confirmation. A link to the original would give everyone something concrete to discuss instead of debating a screenshot.
