Does every catch-up with friends have to revolve around dinner?
#1
For people on tirzepatide, has the kind of get-together you enjoy changed, or are your plans much the same? Dinner can be a nice excuse to see friends, but it can also become the default when nobody suggests anything else.

What do you genuinely look forward to that isn't built around a meal? A walk counts, though so does sitting somewhere talking without turning it into another fitness goal.

Interested in ordinary plans that are easy to repeat, especially with friends who still love a long restaurant evening. Keeping dinner in the mix is an answer too; this isn't about getting everyone onto the same routine.
