An appointment can be the wrong moment to remember half a question. With semaglutide pens, there may be a question about the leaflet, a label that's hard to read, or something you meant to ask the pharmacist.

Does anyone keep a running note, or does that turn into another list you forget to open?

A photo of the relevant wording might be easier than trying to describe it from memory. Interested in the organization side of this, rather than having the forum guess at somebody's treatment instructions.
